17th Annual Conference of Leo District Council held on May 11 ,2012 at ICMAB Auditorium, Nilkhet, Dhaka. The conference commite was selected on 3rd Leo District council meeting. this year Leo Sajida Islam Parul was elected as Conference Chairman and Leo Nofise Islam Nayan as co chairman.
Reporting
At 8am sharp most of the leos of all the club reached the conference venue. thi year about 600 leo of 25 Leo club attended the conference. Then conference kits was distributed among the leos via their club presidents.
Inaugural Session
Inaugural session session started at 9.00am as declared
. The honorable District Governor Ln Nazmun Nesa Ali PMJF, 1st Vice District Governor Ln A Awal Ahmed MJF, 2nd vice District Governor Ln Rashid Shah Shamrat MJf and the other honorable Lions was present from the session. The program started with the national anthem of Bangladesh, after that Leo Zulikar Hossain Shohag hited Nagara 17 times to publish the 17th annual conference.

Refreshments
10.30 am when most of the leos fells hungry an announcement made them happy. Time for Tea Break. Tea and some cookies was served among them.
Plenary & Delegate Session
In this session the District Governor opened the conference brosure after that the Region Directors and the Secretary and the District Treasurer presents their annual reports. when this session was over the program paused for the Jummah prayer and Lunch

CULTURAL PROGRAM
When all the leo had their lunch a cultural group of Bogra presents a cultural program including dance and songs. Not only the group our leo leaders also involve in the illusion of music.
Our district council members Leo Nur E Alam Rubal, Ramim Islam, Rakib Uddin sang with the professionals .
At 5.oopm after the cultural program it was time for another refreshment evening tea.

DJ SHOW
Most of the leos were waiting for this session of the program. A DJ show was performed by DJ Vicky. DJ Vicky is also a leo member. He belongs to Leo Club of Narayanganj . he plays a number of rocking tracks. All the leos enjoyed this session very much.

CONCLUDING SESSION
Again the honorable District Governor Ln Nazmun Nesa Ali PMJF and the other Lion & Leo leaders attended the session. In this session the honorable Governor declared District Council members name. Leo Rakib Uddin was declared as new District Council President, Leo Dr. Ramim Islam as 1st Vice President. All the Leo and Lions congratulated the new council members. The new district council members were honored by flour crown. They along with the district governor light up candles as to remove the darkness of our society.
